how to create paypal account in pakistan part 1

first of all click the below link to sign up on payoneer because is is necessary for cash out..

and hit sign up button fiil all the entry by correct information..
note. your first name and last is same as well as your name on your national id card ..
finish all setups and wait for payoneer mail...
in which you send you id card ...

when you recieved your master card from payoneer account...
then activate this...by loging in your account

now create your paypal account ......
to create paypal account first you need payoneer card and then paypal..
